The Retail Park keeps a link with the past in it's name, it is built on the site of a former WW2 Naval Aerodrome -HMS Ringtail - which worked up squadrons of fighter planes from carriers in the Mersey.
Units will be let by new 20 year FRI leases at a starting rent equivalent to £17 psf.
